Our four-day hands-on training program is designed to deepen facilitation expertise and strengthen change leadership capabilities.
Building on foundational concepts, this program empowers participants to lead collaborative processes that drive meaningful and sustainable change. Structured around our proprietary Rose of Collaboration, each day focuses on a specific dimension of change: Transformational (purpose, people, behaviours, ways of working), Transactional (outcomes such as optimised services, processes, or products), Tactical (short-term actions and outcomes), and Strategic (long-term system reform and alignment).
Participants engage with a diverse toolkit of methods, including Agile, Human-Centred Design (HCD), Systems Thinking, UnConference, and MG Taylor. Workshop activities may include Theory of Change, Program Logic, Open Space Technology, Prototyping, and Strategic Planning.
Through practical application and real-world scenarios, participants build the confidence and capability to guide complex change initiatives and facilitate high-impact conversations.
