Combining the Foundation and Practitioner programs, participants gain practical skills to lead collaboration, address complex challenges, and drive lasting change. The program covers the nature of change, the case for collaboration, situational leadership, visual thinking, group dynamics, and facilitation. Methods are structured through our Rose of Collaboration, linking global approaches like Agile, Human-Centred Design (HCD), Systems Thinking, UnConference, and MG Taylor.
