Our five-day signature training program introducing core concepts of creative leadership and collaborative practice.
Participants explore the evolving nature of change, the case for collaboration, situational leadership, visual thinking, group dynamics, and facilitation. The program blends theory and practice through hands-on activities and real-world application.
Methods are anchored in our proprietary Rose of Collaboration framework, featuring widely used approaches such as Agile, Human-Centred Design (HCD), Systems Thinking, UnConference, and MG Taylor. Activities may include Theory of Change, Program Logic, Open Space Technology, Prototyping, and Strategic Planning.
